Refund Policy 

You, the user / purchaser / business owner, are encouraged to thoroughly read through the Terms & Conditions and other policies before you purchase a package from Omnio. Unless otherwise discussed, services purchased from Omnio will commence immediately at the earliest or within 30 days from time of purchase at the latest. It is highly recommended that a free discovery call is booked to discuss your business’ needs and the specifics of how Omnio and the purchased package can fulfil your business needs in order to get the most out of the service for yourselves.

 

Omnio, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost products, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. 

 

Package types of which are one-time purchases, Omnio will endeavour to fully deliver on the agreed scope of work within 30 days but may provide notice if this needs to be extended. Omnio will endeavour to fulfil every purchase to it’s utmost, however if the user finds the service unsatisfactory in whole or in part you may request a refund but will not be automatically entitled to one. Refunds will be done at the sole discretion of Omnio and on a case-by-case basis.

 

Once a package is purchased it is advised that user engages Omnio and all the necessary elements and permissions are provided to Omnio in writing in order for the services detailed in the purchased package to commerce. If a package is purchased and all the necessary elements and permissions are not delivered to Omnio in writing, meaning the service is not able to commence within 6 months of the time of purchase, the user / purchaser voids their opportunity of a refund and the purchased service will only still be deliverable at the sole discretion of Omnio after the 6 month time period has expired.

 

Once a package has been purchased and a discovery call has been done, Omnio will draft a scope of work which needs to be completed and to which both parties will work towards in good faith.

There are some cases where we may consider accepting refund requests or exchanges for example, if a service has not been fulfilled or adequate efforts have not been made to fulfil the service on the part of Omnio. In such circumstances you should contact us straight away providing your order number and an explanation as to why you believe it was not as described. We'll get back to you within 5 days with an appropriate solution. 

If a refund is agreed upon, your refund will be sent within 5 days of receipt of correct bank details.
